Since 1986, Clarke County Historical Museum has been serving the community of Grove Hill, Ala. The museum showcases unique artifacts, microfilms, family history books and reference and research material about Clarke County genealogy. Its research material includes a collection of revolutionary war quarterly magazines. The museum also houses a bookstore which offers reading materials on general history, Alabama history, cookbooks, local authors, kids books, civil war and African-American.
