No, a business cannot charge customers a surcharge for using a debit card in the U.S., as this is illegal under federal and state laws. Merchants are only allowed to surcharge for credit card...

Catfish is pretty decent. Not the friendliest service. Food is fairly bland and the much talked about peach cobbler lacked flavor. Decor could definitely use an update.
