SpecialtiesFitness classes for Moms to enjoy exercise with their children. At Mommy and Me Fitness Classes we do various cardio, core, and body conditioning exercises, while playing fun music and incorporating fun props that will captivate children's attention. We offer a non-competitive, fun circuit training type class, to which Moms of all fitness levels are welcome; modification exercises are taught. Child ages range from 2 months and up; child participation is encouraged! Moms and kids are guaranteed to have a great time getting fit and having fun together at Mommy and Me Time Fitness Classes! We have an awesome group of Moms, and have fun playdates and Moms Nights Out. We also offer fun play classes for the little ones, as well as specialize in fun birthday parties for preschool and elementary school aged children. I did not want to have to spend time away from him while I exercised after working away from him all day, but I needed the support and accountability of a class environment. Unable to find any such program locally, I decided to start my own! So many local Moms are looking for fun ways to spend time with their children, meet other Moms, have a fun & healthy playgroup for their little ones, & get fit without having to worry about childcare. Mommy and Me Fitness is the perfect solution! Every class is a unique experience, & I truly enjoy having the little ones in my classes. Getting to know so many wonderful families, seeing the little ones mimic some of our exercises in class, hearing about the little ones mimicking the exercises out of class, & assisting Moms in getting in the best shape of their lives make this such a rewarding, successful business for me!
