Poorly managed. They never seem to be able to get our order correct and serving cold food is the norm. I'm not sure if it's incompetence or indifference but we've had enough, won't be going back.

This is the worst Burger King, it's been bad since it opened 2 years ago. Ordered 2 whoppers. Asked for no pickle and light mayo and got no pickle, no tomatoes, no ketchup, no mustard, 3 strands...
