Do not use their app for pre-ordering. Every. Single. Time. we've ordered ahead so it would be ready by the time get there, we've had to wait 15-20 minutes in the parking lot to get our order. And...

Garbage drive-thru service, you can State your order 7/8 times and they still get the food wrong. And I guess the ambiance is good if you like a smart mouth manager telling you that they're not...

Not sure what has happened here. Last 3 times coming it has taken over 20 minutes to get the order. 3 strikes & you're out Whataburger.

Horribly slow, it seems they have tried to fix it by changing out employees but it is still just a slow as it ever has been.

Slow, expensive for what you get, rarely get the order correct the first time. Over rated.
