What a horrible experience. Generally I look the other way with rude behavior but today was ridiculous. Slow service with one employee standing and just watching the other two that are hard...

I've spent roughly $3000 a year at PetZoo since I got my dogs. With one exception, the staff has always been rude and superior-acting. The young man who was helpful has gone to work elsewhere....

I have shopped at Pet Zoo for about 15 years. Service has always been top notch and the staff is polite. I can trust what I buy there and the staff always asks if I'm finding everything okay....
