When we were in Skagway, it was windy and rainy part of the time. The ability to catch a bus to and from the pier for only five bucks was pretty great.

Unimpressed. Rude drivers, unhelpful, missed our excursion because of this so called Smart Bus service. Don't bother!

Have to agree with everything said about driver attitude. But also, do NOT buy the full day pass if you are doing a Frontier tour in a bus because they might take you back to the cruise ship....
