Wrangell-St Elias is a gem in the National Park system. The drive to McCarthy is well worth the trip, but please slow down. The views are amazing and wildlife sighting is common

No entrance fee, but visitor will be given DVD for self guided tour into the interior of the park via McCarthy road. Along the 60-bone-jarring miles after the rain, one will see deteriorating...
