Bailey, Kendall, O'Conner

Joy Andrews has worked in various roles in the medical field for over 20 years. She was a spine/pain RT for many years (including here at DSSP), as well as a Clinical Instructor for PMI, before pursuing her career as a Physician Assistant. She has been a PA since 2017, focusing in pain management, and joined DSSP, again, in Oct 2022. She is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, licensed by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants, and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She also maintains her radiology certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and Arizona Department of Health Services – Bureau of Radiation Control.

Naomi Alcock is a Physician Assistant with more than 13 years of Pain Management experience. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Advanced Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College as well. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Arizona Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants. A native New Yorker, Naomi relocated to the Valley in April 2013. She joined Desert Spine and Sports Physicians with 13 years prior experience as a physician assistant in pain management. An avid sports fan, she enjoys cheering on her favorite teams. She also loves travel- both within the United States and internationally, road trips, and spending time with family and friends.
