The Office of Child Care Licensing is a public agency that regulates a variety of regulatory compliance programs. The agency is a part of the Division of Licensing Services, which is responsible for the monitoring of health and child care facilities and providers throughout the state. The Division of Licensing Services is operated by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
