HistoryI taught Pilates in Seattle at several studios, including an international training center, for 7 years. My husband and I decided to move to Tucson in 2011 where I continued to teach. It was always my dream to open my own studio, Fulcrum Pilates.SpecialtiesFulcrum Pilates Studio is the only classical studio in town offering workouts informed and supported by Joseph Pilates's original teachings. We specialize in one -on-one and semi private sessions with and without equipment. The apparatus mainly used at Fulcrum is state of the art Gratz equipment which is true to the original design by Joseph Pilates. Your workout will be tailored to your personal needs and the apparatus will help you find muscles that you 'never knew you had'. We focus our teaching on assisting you to find your 'core' and strengthening it, as well as dynamic stretching. In one session you will work out your whole body, work on good alignment, better posture, improving your balance and coordination and an overall well balanced body. Pilates is a safe exercise routine for people of all ages and all walks of life.
