We've had so many issues with the rentals--some things weren't working properly, and we even dealt with termite problems. Before renting out a unit, management really needs to inspect everything...

Upon moving in 1.5 years ago, my daughter moved in with one cat, for which she paid $300 non refundable pet fee. This cat died a few months ago and management had removed the monthly pet fee....
