As someone who has eaten a pancake or two in my 73 years, I know a good pancake when I eat one, I recently stopped by my local IHOP for a late breakfast and let me tell you--this spot nailed it....

I often forget we have an IHOP in town. We were craving pancakes, but I ended up with the crepe combo. Everything was cooked fine. Service was pretty decent. Overall, what you would expect for IHOP.

Food is exactly the same as others. Service here is so bad. Takes them a good 35 min to get your drink order after sitting even though only like 4 other tables.

Honestly the steak bites with the eggs over medium is my favorite but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I grew up on ihop so I'll always go every now and then
