I just had a late lunch here with a friend. We split a bibimbap and a spicy pork and squid entree. The bibimbap was good, the spicy squid just OK. Service was quick. The ambiance is unremarkable.

The service is not particularly polished, but it is efficient and very friendly, and the food is much better than you might expect from a dive-y looking restaurant in a rather grim strip mall.
