HORRIBLE. Hung up on us on the phone, treated me as if i was annoying while shopping. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I purchased a Tailless Whip Scorpion from them not even a week ago and she has passed away....

I don't know if this business changed ownership, but it has gone downhill as far as staff, inventory and cleanliness.
