Being from Mesa, I am keenly aware of the wonderful opportunities we have living in the Valley of the Sun. There are very few of us who at some point in our lives will not experience pain or physical limitation. Thus my goal as a physician is to restore quality of life to my patient. As a physiatrist, I specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries and pain. I try to understand the problems my patients are facing from their point of view and develop comprehensive treatment plans to fit their individual needs. I feel fortunate to have many tools at my disposal including: physical therapy, appropriate medications, interventional procedures, regenerative therapies including platelet rich plasma and prolotherapy, as well as alternative treatments.

Treating patients with back or neck pain or injury to the musculoskeletal system, Dr Vu’s goals are to help each patient return to and optimally perform their chosen activities while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. When managing patients with spine, joint, or tendon pain, Dr Vu believes in a holistic approach. After a thorough evaluation, patients are given a personalized treatment plan which may include individualized physical therapy prescription, spine or soft tissue injections, and non-opiate medications. Dr. Vu aspires to help patients reduce their pain and improve their function.
