As rest areas go, this one is top notch. Restrooms are clean, grounds are kept (meaning no dog poop everywhere). Plenty of tables to eat and water faucets were clean.

Clean rest stop with plenty of parking, vending machines and picnic tables. It's easy to stop in and head back onto the road. Definitely recommend this Sentinel rest area.

Arrived at night - was well lit and only half full - restrooms were very clean and there are vending machines

Not the biggest rest stop but, it sure is clean and the restrooms have AC running in them!!! That was a huge surprise!
