The Water Reclamation Division is a part of Montgomery County Water Services, which is administered by the county government of Montgomery in Ohio. The division operates and maintains wastewater treatment facilities. It provides sewage treatment of approximately 10 billion gallons and disposes more than 3,500 tons of biosolid per year. The division is also responsible for the regulation of various industrial waste discharges. It operates reclamation facilities in Kettering and West Carrollton in Ohio. The Water Reclamation Division coordinates the Municipal Industrial Pretreatment Program (MIPP), which is a federal and state mandated program to regulate wastewater that is discharged into the county's sewer system. The division additionally administers the Fat, Oil and Grease (FOG) Program for food service establishments and other businesses.
