Since 2007 I have been trying to change the business of computer repair by demonstrating you can have a friendly relationship with who you are working with and still keep a professional tone with confidence and pride in what you do. I also want to show that it does not have to cost so much, that there is way to get things done more efficiently and you don't always have to shill what makes you more money as if you do a good job in good time with good cost, they come back more which makes you more than a one-time high-cost job.
