An affiliate of Regions Financial Corporation, known for its soundness and strength, it s grown dramatically throughout the years and is currently 37th worldwide among all brokers of United States business. It transacts business in all states and a large number of foreign countries. As the primary insurance arm of Regions, the company offers all lines of personal and commercial insurance, including property, casualty, life, health and accident. In 2002, Regions acquired the assets of ICT Group, one of Louisiana s largest independent insurance agencies, which operates under that name but in conjunction with Regions Insurance.
