Menya Kitakara is a Japanese eatery in Springdale, AR, dedicated to bringing the authentic flavors of Hokkaido, Northern Japan, to your table. Inspired by the ramen-making art of Sapporo, our journey started there before we established our kitchen in Downtown Springdale, serving the community of Northwest Arkansas.

Believing in the accessibility of good food, Menya Kitakara prides itself on using only the freshest, high-quality ingredients, including miso and kombu/kelp from Hokkaido, Japan. Emphasizing sustainability, the restaurant also sources locally when possible and employs eco-friendly packaging to reduce its environmental footprint.
