Carrie was the masseuse. Medium pressure. Amazing and calming. The atmosphere is clean and austere. Typical elevator music, if that's your vibe.

worst massage i've ever had. 60 minutes of being elbowed, hit, pinched and scratched. had to ask for them to just stop then tried to force me to tip anyways.
