Went to Albert Pike Store they told me to go to central location. Total hour wasted time. Didn't even get to return phone.

Just beware of Verizons add that says they'll trade any phone any condition? Not true! Wife and I had galaxy phones (2 years old) and the batteries were separating and they would not let us trade...

It's amazing to me that this is a phone company but you can't get anyone at the store on the phone. If you have an unusual issue you are blocked by Mr. Roboto because your issue isn't an option....

If you are going there to purchase a phone, or for repairs/etc...be certain to call a day ahead and make an appointment. Otherwise you go to the end of the line and wait for a long long long time...
