Accurate Underground & Grading

Mike Tobiason was born and raised in Ramona. He worked with his father Angus for many years before starting his own company in 1982. At the age of 11, Mike would run the belt to load trucks with material at his father's granite pit as well as a dozer. In high school, Mike and his cousin Tom would make money installing septic systems throughout Ramona. Becoming the prime grader operator for Tobiason Bros. Excavating during high school, Mike continued to operate equipment for his father and uncle, Angus and Art Tobiason. In 1982 Mike married his wife Victoria and started a business of his own. Since purchasing his first piece of equipment, Mike has grown Accurate Underground and Grading from a one man owner/operator company to the current thriving mid-sized excavating company it is today. With the help of his Father Angus who remains very active in the company and the many hard working employees Mike has the pleasure to work with everyday, Accurate Underground and Grading has enjoyed 25 years of success in the San Diego Region. Mike and Victoria have a daughter Anaya and a son Michael, 12 and 9 years old respectively, the highlight of their years together. The entire family is very active in the community and its many youth sports programs. Recently celebrating 25 of marriage, Mike and Victoria enjoy each other and the friendships they've built together having been blessed by God with so many wonderful friends and family members in their lives.
