Not only do you have to prepay to fill up, wait in a long line, (you can't pay at the pump) and it's a charge to use the debit for card. $.35, and they don't take credit cards! It adds up and...

Do not drink the fountain drinks the machine is contaminated with brown sludge needs to be reported to somebody someone's going to get sick or worse
