I was disappointed when BOFA temporarily closed the branch on Mono Way in Sonora, but the times I've been to this other Sonora branch they have been courteous and friendly and accommodating....

Worst customer service imaginable. One location in entire county and their hours are 9-4. Screw the people who have to work. Employees extremely unfriendly and unable to help you in any way...

Bank of America has gone to hell. I have been with BofA for many years. It's impossible to get anyone on the customer service line; I am always on hold for 25 minutes or longer...such a joke. And...
