Customer service here is the absolute worst. The staff do not use common sense and when you call them out, they do nothing in the way of service recovery. Very disappointing experience.

It's a baskins. It's pretty much what you would expect from a baskin robbins. Can't complain too much, the service was good and fast and the ppl working here are nice.
