They are reluctant to help the helpless. Some of the employees will not help you if they are not assigned to you. The residents are so sweet

Ninety six year old mother only there for 6 days and well taken care of. They made her and her visitors feel right at home and comfortable. Employees seemed empathetic and alert. No complaints....
