Manager Wyatt is rude told me item was returnable under "store descrection" but wouldn't return it, horrible customer service. Took over an hour for store pick up for 2 items when I grabbed them...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Especially the young asian lady in electronics. Rude. Waited 40 minutes, confirmed I could use a virtual card, then at check out told me i couldn't. wasted my time

Lots of rude and disrespectful staff. They treat seniors with disdain and want to sell inappropriate merchandise They should close this store. It doesn't serve the community well
