My father passed July 2017. That morning I made contact with Neptune and the professionalism of the group started at that point. They advised me that they were going to arrive at a particular time scheduled, they were very sincere and allowed grieving time and when they arrived at my fathers residence, the gentlemen who were responsible for the removal and handling of the body were a perfect reflection of the professional appearance and attitude of the society. The two gentlemen proceeded to enter the home, they questioned me as to whether he was a veteran or not, yes he is a veteran, they approached him with all respects that anyone could appreciate, they covered his body with an American Flag and when they were moving the body to the apparatus they respectfully bowed and showed respect to his memory, again the body was removed to the porch and taken to the transport vehicle where again they stopped and gave me the time to show my last respects and they both bowed and showed that this society cares with every step of the responsibility bestowed to them. I thank you for your being their for my father as he new you would.
