一般的に日本人経営のベーカリーは美味いと思うのだが、ここのはどうも? チョットと言いたい。個人的には他で買います。 申し訳ない。味より私が購入した時のスタッフの対応が評価を落としたと思う。 日本に居る日本人とここ(地元)の日本人の違いと言うのか？ これは、どんな商売でも言える事と思うが味が良くても対応する人により全てのイメージが変わる。商売難しいいよね。作ってる人に申し訳ない。

This place is located inside Tokyo Central & Main's food court area. The an pan (red bean bun) is delish and the service is friendly. They always give you a "gift" of baked goods as a bonus.
