DOG OBEDIENCE TRAINING, an Eight-week course ( Fee: $69 - $79 ) for dogs over five months is our most popular class. For graduates of Novice Dog Obedience, this eight-week session will offer new challenges for you and your dog, such as "Drop on Recall" and "5 Minute Sit-Stay and Down-Stay with handlers out of sight". Also improves your basics and prepares you to pass the Canine Good Citizen Test. Trophies and certificates awarded at graduation! Pre-requisite: completion of Novice Dog Obedience. Please Pre-register! Yorba Linda Grad Novice is scheduled to begin on Saturday, April 4th, 8: 00-9: 00 a.m. Fee: $78 ( plus bring $10 insurance/awards fee to first meeting ) for the 8-week session. If he is friendly and calm around other dogs and people, and obeys basic obedience commands, even in distracting situations, then he is a good candidate for earning his official Canine Good Citizen certificate from American Kennel Club! RALLY OBEDIENCE: Rally allows a handler to use unlimited communication ( hand signals, verbal commands, praise and encouragement ) during a competition. An enthusiastic attitude and wagging tail are more important than precision, and ALL dogs are encouraged to participate - purebred or mixed breed, pets or titled champions. More Info here
