Randy Waller was born in Lake Tahoe California before moving with his family back to Santa Rosa when he was two years old. Randy attended Rincon Valley Christian School in Santa Rosa, as well as Santa Rosa Junior College where he played basketball and earned his AA degree. After graduating from UC Davis with a Bachelors degree in economics, Randy began his real estate career in 2002. In his first full year of real estate, Randy closed more than 40 transactions representing over 25 million dollars in sales, ranking him among the top 10 real estate agents in Sonoma County. In 2005, with more than 70 closed transaction sides and 40 million dollars in sales, Randy was ranked the number 2 overall real estate agent in Sonoma County by MLS statistics. After spending 4 full years as a salesperson with REMAX, Randy obtained his broker's license and founded W Real Estate. The Waller family has been deeply rooted in the Sonoma County housing market for over 75 years. The experience and knowledge of the local market continue to make Randy one of the top producing agents in the area. Dominic will be in the United State's first graduating class of Wine Marketing MBAs at Sonoma State University.
