Gill Smog Check Test Only

Found on criagslist promotion advertising $25 smog check with certification fees and taxes. Arrived, their staff manning the office told me that's not right (really hard to understand his English)...

Great place to get a smog. Didn't think my car was going to pass so I took it here because it advertised a free retest. I had to wait a few minutes because there where 3 other customers there....
