Best. Deep Dish Pizza. Ever. I have had Capo's bookmarked for years and finally visited for the first time. Walking in Capo's is like being transported to the days of prohibition with Al Capone....

Celebrating classic Chicago-style cuisine with an emphasis on authenticity and quality of ingredients, the menu dishes up favorites like true Chicago-style pizza served on four types of crust: Deep Dish, Cast Iron Pan, Stuffed, and Cracker Thin. Each style is made with Ceresota Flour from one of the oldest mills in Chicago. We got the cracker thin pizza which let us try both the bootlegger and the deville. The bootlegger was a more standard vodka sauce pizza. The flavors on this thing were so potent. It's flushed...
