History
It was in a small town called Bassano Del Grappa, on one of their Italian cycling adventures, where Gary and Kit encountered an enchanting restaurant called Samsara and met owners Paolo and Nene. Their delicious menu of fresh and seasonal bruschetta wowed Gary & Kit and left an indelible memory that traveled back to the Napa Valley with them. Ever since, Gary and Kit were on a quest to recreate the taste and experience of Paolo and Nene's cooking, using ingredients from the Clif Family Farm and local and sustainable purveyors. Since they are always on the move, a food truck seemed to be the perfect way to share these mouthwatering bruschetta with the local community. And so the Clif Family Bruschetteria was born.
