Started in June of 2013, Hank and his son Matthew brought their own talents together to make an exceptional take out BBQ restaurant.

Food makes Friends. These words have influenced our family for generations. From the first time Hank made BBQ for his young boys all the way to opening his own business, cooking has always been his passion and a value. Sharing his food with others has made countless friends over the years (it hasn't hurt that it's unquestionably delicious!), and we hope you will become one too. Our BBQ is takeout or picnic style with all open air seating. Every day at Copper Top feels like a cookout block party, so don't be shy and bring company to enjoy our artisan craft BBQ with you! The backdrop of the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, picnic tables, and the delicious smell of fresh barbeque in the air await you along with a plate of our Certified Angus Beef Tri-tip Sandwich, Signature Baby Back Ribs, and BBQ Chicken!
