I have found the actual surgeons and practitioners to be fine. My issues are with the clerical and support staff. Rarely does anyone actually answer the phone. Everything goes to voicemail and...

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for my appointment and was misdiagnosed. It was the absolute worst experience and set my recovery back by 8 weeks. If I could give zero stars I would!!
