Its a nice cozy spot with plenty of places to sit staff was very friendly too There is no parking lot so find street parking I was disappointed in the iced ube latte i ordered it came half full...

This place had one sorry matcha latte! Starbucks tastes better and I don't even like Starbucks for heaven sake's! Their coffee had the most disgusting aftertaste and wasn't bitter in a good way!...
