History

Mrs. Kara Dille and Mr. Willis Koo met while auditing asset management firms at Ernst & Young (EY) in San Francisco over 15 years ago. Kara and Willis loved working together and always wanted to open a CPA firm at some point after working in industry. After many years working in asset management and with family offices, in 2016, Kara Dille, CPA and Willis Koo, CPA decided to open Dille & Koo, LLP (D&K) to bring their accounting, tax, and compliance expertise to firms, families, and individuals in the Bay Area.
