History

Dining with Di was started in 2009, by owner Diana Cuttrell at the encouragement of a very dear friend who knew that Diana had the talent and expertise to run her own Catering and Event planning business. From the inception of Dining with Di, her business skyrocketed in its first year with private clients and other businesses such as Diani Boutique, Santa Barbara Beautiful, Architectural Foundation, and Santa Barbara High School to name a few. With the addition of Chef John Trotta (formerly Executive Chef of the San Ysidro Ranch), Dining with Di is looking to expand her business in the upcoming year! Dining with Di and Chef John Trotta will make your next event spectacular, with innovative menus tailored to suit all occasions, budget and palate, along with full-service event planning for intimate events to large gatherings.

Dining with Di brings to Santa Barbara years of experience in catering and event planning. Diana Cutrell has been involved in local non-profits and coordinating large fundraising events, school auctions and private parties. Her attention to detail and her sense of style, combined with her strong community involvement have helped launch her successful catering business, Dining with Di.
