Ordered a bacon jam grilled cheese, first thing I noticed is the cheese isn't melted. And bread isn't toasted. I don't know what happened here but it wasn't busy when I ordered. Very disappointed...

This is the Dunkin in my city. Its drive through is super convenient. They open really early! Iced coffee are great! (And addicting lol) and I currently love their seasonal pumpkin munchkins....
