Asked for half my money back due to bed bugs have clear evidence on my phone was told no refund I should have ask for a different room

never felt so disappointed and dissatisfied in a service that I paid cash for 2 be treated like less than a human belittled 4 bed bug claim

Dont stay here they have bed bugs and they are racist to black people I tried to ask for half my money back they said blak people bring bugs
