Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he'd want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company's mission to connect people to healthier food that tastes really darn good. If you don't believe us, just ask the Lee family - they still eat a bowl almost every day with no signs of slowing down.

Meat is dry and chewy. Service is average. You are overpaying for mostly a bowl of rice. Other locations do it better, unfortunately. Hopefully this is just a new location figuring it out.

Ordered a bowl with chicken and vegetables. The chicken was very dry (even with the magic sauce) and the vegetables were hard. Not a good experience this time.

I LOVE that white meat chicken was added as an option. This is a great fast food option when looking for something other than fried drive thru options.
