Horrible service. I've been to this place three times before during walk in hours which is between 1 and 2pm for a tube change which takes less than 5 mins to do and was never asked for my name....

I had hearing test about a 1.5 yrs ago. Was told it might take a few months to get approved w/insurance. I've called & written email but no response. Very unprofessional. The worst treatment...
