HistoryI entered the construction industry at 18 years old, working as a union laborer in the summer's during college. After graduating, I went to work as a superintendent for a general contractor in Los Angeles. During my tenure as a superintendent and project manager, I earned my contractors license. I then started James Powell Construction Corporation in 1988 and since then I have been perfecting the tenant improvement process. I make sure there are complete and correct construction estimates with respect to fast construction schedules. Lastly, work closely with brokers and landlords to move tenants in in a timely fashion.
