Understaffed and took forever since there were only 2 people working. I got an iced dirty chai and it was gross. Tasted like perfume and flowers not very chai-like at all. Don't get me started on...

Pretty location but coffee was nothing special - almost $5 for small brewed and it was cold. The employee did warm it up for me. All the baked items were sold out. Starbucks is much better.
