Kathy and Loren Harris left Chicago, Illinois and came to Southern California in search of financial opportunity and a warmer climate. Stumbling upon what was once Hudson Hardware on Baseline in San Bernardino, an agreement was made, and K & L Hardware was born. Shortly thereafter, Loren's parents Florence and Abraham Harris sold their wholesale supply business in Chicago to join their son and daughter in law, in growing their business. Now joined by their sons, Aaron and Brian Harris, the business is growing faster than ever and is still committed to its promise of individual attention and knowledgeable customer service.
