Update: it's been 17 days since this incident and KFC headquarters has ONLY asked for my address 17 days ago with ZERO follow up, and NOTHING in my mailbox...seriously horrible...

Drive thru was long, so I went inside... STAY IN YOUR CAR!!! It took FOURTEEN MINUTES to get my order complete on the kiosk!! 5-star chicken. 0-star checkout experience!

I paid $53.00 for a bucket of chicken, when I got home I had mostly backs and a couple of legs. For a bucket I should have had wings, breast, legs and backs. Disappointed.

I ordered via app. Was notified it would be 5 to 15 min. I received notification order was ready. After I arrived and had been notified it was ready it took 25 min. So a total of 40 min....
