This Macy's is clean and fresh inside. I have always gotten what I came for and highly recommend it for the sales too. An asset to the community for sure.

Macy's is a Federated Corporation and in my experience treats employees horribly. Most are part time so benefits are avoided. I suppose I'm telling you this so you'll be sympathetic to workers...

Oh, Macy's what has happened to you? Too few employees to keep the store looking good. No one to offer help in the men's section. Not greeted by anyone on any of the floors we visited.
